Practical guides to our collection, preparation and the information on your pack.
01 / YOUR FIRST CUP
Give the ritual
a little time.
Start with the serving guidance for your chosen blend: 5 g for Gucchi Tea, 9 g for Red Rice Tea or 6 g for Horse Gram Tea.
Add freshly boiled water and brew for 3–5 minutes, then strain. For Red Rice Tea, use 200 ml water. Add honey or sugar if you prefer a sweeter cup.
Teaspoon measures are approximate. Using the stated weight helps make your serving more consistent. Always check the current pack for product-specific instructions.
02 / READING THE LABEL
A blend and a cup
are different measures.
Our product information lists nutrition per 100 g of the dry product. That is a reference quantity for the blend, rather than the amount in a single serving.
Preparing an infusion uses a smaller quantity, and straining leaves some material behind. The nutrition table therefore should not be read as the nutrient content of the drink in your cup.
Look at the serving size, ingredients and preparation together. If you have a dietary question, ask our team for the relevant product information.
03 / THREE DISTINCTIVE FOUNDATIONS
A closer look at the collection.

Chohartu red rice
An indigenous grain at the centre of a blend with rhododendron and warming spices.
